How do I order?

Simply add the rug to your basket and go through check out. There you will see options to pay. You can either pay in advance or pay on delivery. Once you confirm your order, you will receive an email from Hull Rugs regarding your delivery.

How do I pay?

On check out we will ask you how you would like to pay.

We accept

1. Cash on delivery
2. Debit or credit card
3. PayPal
4. Bank transfer

Choose your option, all options can be paid before or on delivery

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we offer free returns within 14 days of receipt in unused condition. Please package the rug back up and contact us within 7 days to collect.

What time do you deliver?


Our usual delivery times are

5.00 pm - 8.00 pm Monday - Friday
10.00 am - 8.00 pm Saturday - Sunday

If you order before 7.00 pm we will do our best to deliver that day.
Any orders placed after our delivery times will be delivered the next day.

I don't want a rug today, can I order for next week?

If you do not want same or next day delivery you can either order and pay in advance through the website then contact us to arrange an alternative delivery day or contact us to save a rug for a future date. ( this may require payment upfront to hold your rug or we may need to order one in)




Do you deliver outside of Hull?

We may deliver same day to the surrounding areas of Hull, please contact us with your post code to confirm before ordering.

Do you still do UK delivery?

Yes, for UK delivery rugs visit www.hullrugs.co.uk for free UK delivery in 1-3 working days

Do you have other sizes?

Yes, the rugs on this website are the rugs we have here in Hull ready for same day delivery but we can order other sizes in from our supplier. So if you have seen a rug you like but we don't have the size you need, pop us a message and we will do our best to order that in for you.
